Chocolate Protein Energy Bites
High Protein Snack to fuel you up for your work out or to refuel after!
Everyone loves a recipe that you can make ahead of time so you can take it on the go.
This recipe can be made in one bowl and it’s so delicious.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups rolled oats
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2-3 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener like agave)
- 9 ish tbsp peanut butter (150 grams)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree or apple sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together until evenly combined
2. Add in dry ingredients and mix until evenly combined
3. Use your hands to form into balls (this is easier if you wet your hands)
4. Store in an airtight container in your fridge for 7-10 days :)
