Chocolate Latte Protein Yogurt Bark

If you’re looking for a sweet treat that has an extra kick of protein, you need to try this recipe! It is so easy to make and each piece is packed with plant based protein.

It only has 6 ingredients that you probably already have on hand which makes it a great recipe to try when you don’t know what else to prepare.

  1. In a bowl, put in your yogurt and both protein powders, and mix together until you reach a smooth consistency.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread your yogurt mixture evenly. Try not to make the edges too thin.

  3. In another small bowl or cup, add the peanut butter and chocolate chips, and melt them in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

  4. Spread the melted chocolate peanut butter over the yogurt with a spatula. Then spread your blueberries over it and push them into the yogurt using your hands.

  5. Now toss it in the freezer for at least two hours

  6. After two hours, take the yogurt out of the freezer, carefully remove the entire piece from the parchment paper and put on a cutting board.

  7. Cut the yogurt into whatever size or shape you prefer! I like to cut them into squares. This recipe yielded 16 peices for me!
